Where do I begin? We started a little over a year ago working with Emily. We had been to many other builders in the area but it just seemed like she was listening to what we wanted and cared that it was right. Once we pulled the trigger to get started we were really introduced to the whole team. We had multiple interactions with Bill and Gary, which was neat to see the men in charge really involved. Derek was the guy running the job in the field and we had a great time working with him. John and Marcos were our men we saw daily and we had a blast getting to know them ( John especially he was great). Amy and Maggie kept everything running smoothly from the office and were extremely helpful and attentive during every conversation. I’m sure there are more to name, but let me just say the entire team was a pleasure to work with and will continue to recommend them to everyone that asks. Thanks for making our dream home a reality!!

I know it's very simple, but I really like the illuminated Christmas Tree by your 23 South location. The star at the top is neat and I just look forward to seeing it. Wanted to say nice job way to go the extra step to brighten up my drive.

We would highly recommend AHH. We have officially been in our new home for a month and could not be any happier. Our home turned out exactly as we envisioned- lots of thanks to Tracee and Maggie for their design help! Our address made permitting somewhat confusing, but Brandi helped make the process as smooth as possible. Amy helped us with our budget and kept us updated on our account throughout. Our builder, Curtis, was absolutely phenomenal. He answered all of our questions quickly and honestly and ensured we had continuous progress on our home. Curtis is well-respected among all of the trades we spoke with and we felt we could trust him fully. As we have been settling in, Curtis has still made himself available to answer a few questions and we could not be more grateful. All of the tradespeople that worked on our house were efficient, clean, and did wonderful work. The folks at AHH are organized and communicative, making what could have been a stressful process easy and exciting. We finished on budget, on time, and with a beautiful, quality home we are proud to show our friends and family!

Excellent builder with quality customer service and beautiful homes! Although building a home is always stressful, and even more so when you do it from a distance as we did, the American Heritage Homes staff went above and beyond to make our home building experience memorable and as easy on us as possible (not to mention exciting)! They built us an amazing, beautiful, high quality home with everything we asked for and then some! We have been in our dream home for nearly a year now, and they have continued to provide quality customer service. When a few of our windows got drafty and granite caulking split due to the natural settling of the house, AHH was out with their contractors within a week to make everything perfect again! They have also been extremely helpful answering our questions via phone or email from the beginning (Brandi and Curtis especially). They also have a very honest and down-to-earth approach to everything, which helped to put us at ease and keep us well-informed every step of the way. We absolutely love our American Heritage Home and all of their staff!

My husband and I just finished building our first home together and we couldn't be more happier with the way it turned out! American Heritage nailed our ideas and made them come alive! American Heritage was awesome to work with. We were able to work with one project manager through the entire build. We were able to easily modify a standard plan to fit what we wanted. The owner was involved in the process from Pre construction to the final walk through. We had visited several other builders prior to selecting AHH. These other builders used heavy sales tactics, and/or dismissed us as we did all lot prep. American Hertiage Homes we’re down to earth, and transparent. Thank you for being an honest builder and for our beautiful home!

Do NOT use this builder. We paid them for services and they completely let us down. Now it looks like our only option is to file a lawsuit to get our money back. Very disappointed. Wish we would have never trusted them in the first place.
