Waiting on a shipment that DHL was supposed to deliver today but DHL decided to NOT deliver on the day it was already prescheduled to be delivered and took it upon themselves to reschedule my preschedule. Bad business. Not good DHL which makes sense why you are rated 3.3 stars,after today,maybe even less. You suck.

They did not deliver packages to my address and they said is a wrong which is not true my address is right on the box there service is so bad

Literally too lazy to look at the numbers on mailboxes. When you try to reach customer service you can't. So, my $500 package was given to someone else and I can't reach someone to resolve the issue.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Heidi. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very personable, and if I lived closer to this location, I think I would be stopping in every now and then just to say Hi to her.

Have been waiting on my package for 4 days and when I look on website says it’s out for delivery 2 days ago. I called an I’m getting the run around about my package. When I ask for corporate number they say they don’t have one.

OUTSTANDING customer service by Quannae at this DHL location!! She was so personable and knowledgeable, and made what was otherwise a troublesome task (sending important documents internationally), a wonderful experience. Made my day. :)

Wait what’s wrong with your customer service number? If there’s no one to respond to our calls why do you guys put a number on your website?? You miss a package on a first attempt and that’s it? What’s the reason for charging that inconsiderate amount to deliver our packages? Just because we don’t have a lot of options to choose from?

Quannae was very helpful! I was sending a package to Kenya and she helped me with picking the right box as well as ensuring everything was in order. She made the whole process effortless!
