If you call and try and speak to anyone no matter what department it goes straight to voicemail and nobody ever returns your call. There is a driver leaving packages down in a ditch 1/4 mile away from the doorstep and there's no way to even try and fix it.

Loading is completed quickly, so even if you receive the bill, you can receive the invoice 30 minutes later.Total travel time is approximately one and a half hours.The staff is friendly, the restrooms for drivers are clean, and the yard is spacious and comfortable.

I was worried after I read the reviews. My experience is different.,my appointment was at 12pm and arrived at 10:30 am. full trailer loaded even not 1 hour. Other two guys also told me they have been on dock for 45 to two hours. They left before I loaded. I wish all drivers to have the same experience

Been here waiting to get loaded since it opened up at 7:00 a.m. it's now 2:47 and I'm still not loaded! What in the hell is going on here!!!? Truckers please don't come here! I've sat a whole shift!!! Your dispatch is doing you a real diservice by sending you here for a load. All the reviews are correct!

No overnight parking! Guard didn't even open the gate to turnaround. He said No parking on turnaround just before entrance.
