Went to this dealership and spoke to Sarah about a 2016 Honda HRV.. Went through the finance department and by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I got sick with COVID and through the process made it possible I got my little Honda! Both Michele and Matt are extremely top notch and put their customers first. Michele was great with my sons first vehicle purchase on his own. I was apprehensive at first so I went with him to the lot. After I met this lady I felt ok. My son was working with a professional who was looking after his best interest.

I didn’t even wanna give you guys one star you guys are trash you guys sell trash cars literally and then you won’t answer the phone since I bought my car off Your lot I’ve had problems with it ever since I drove it off you guys would not help me or nothing. I have four other family members that have cars from you guys and they are junk also I’m filing so many forms on you guys never buy a car from there guys they lie and sell you junk!!!! My car blew up and I haven’t even had it over four months let alone you guys didn’t give me my title until 3 1/2 months later it’s sad when the BMV wants me to file a complaint against you!! You’re supposed to be a car dealership I can buy a better car off of random stranger. That’s not a car dealership and it will Run better!!!

Went up to look at a Honda crv, I noticed rust underneath it and the car salesman said well it's from 1998. A little rust never bothered me I could have dealt with it. When I popped the hood the engine was covered in oil and coolant and when I started it it started dripping coolant all over the exhaust and when I brought this to their attention they just shrugged it off like it wasn't an issue. I don't know why it's so hard it is for car dealers to just be honest. List the issues the car has instead of trying to downplay major issues
