Not the fastest loading place but they aren't horrible and are clear and communicate with you to set reasonable expectations.

I check in 8:30 in the morning, but my appointment is 11:00 they told me come back your appointment at 11:00 or I come back 11 they give me Door I am the door one hour. Nobody come to me. Nobody starting may unload it.

Nice place to deliver, strict to appointment, take normal time to unload. Gated facility, go to guardshak not before half an hour of appointment time, get the door and backin but leave some room b/w trailer and dock. A guy will come, get the seal cut in his presence and look the load inside then slide the tendems, backin and unhook trailer...be very careful of parking at night on Shipping side which has no guardshak. Can park in street if you come at night, small street on Receiving side.

Worst decision to make delivery on this warehouse. Avoid this place. Done for next trip unless they improve their service.

My experience here was ok. The street address takes you to a different warehouse, but if you use this point where you are reading these reviews on your Google Maps, it will take you to the shipping office. I took off one star because they make you sit inside the office while they are loading and also they don't provide restrooms for drivers. Fortunately loading went quick. Bring your CDL in with you to check in. Docks can be tight if someone is right next to you but otherwise it's ok. I would pick up from here again if I had to.

Come in on the East entrance for shipping , dock door 53 is where the cage is. There’s no guard, just park and go to door 53. I arrived at 6am for a 7:30am appt. Takes a bit to get loaded but not terribly long.

Fast unloading, overnight parking at street, open at 6am, if u deliever make sure to break seal infront of reciever,

Hours beyond appointment and still not load been here all day came early don't make that mistake THEY DON'T CARE STAY AWAY

No overnight parking on property, but you can park on the side street next to guard shack. Showed up 20hrs early for a drop and wasn't able to be worked in. Outside of that no real issues, was out of there within 2hrs.

Address will take you to wrong spot. Look at second Pic for correct location. Guard was awesome to deal with!!!!! Got there at 11:48 and was unloaded at at 12:54. Not to bad unload time. Do have to disconnect and park in front of trailer on recieving end.
