Bought a kitchen faucet to replace the old one. Installed new faucet, very cheap, bending supply lines and after installation sink would not work properly. Had to disassemble it to return. Owner was no help at all, told me that the market is the reason for crappie faucet, delta ! I will not go back there again for sure p.s. don't ever tell a customer how to complain about your pathetic business sense. If it's garbage don't sell it.

They are super helpful and professional. We had a tube that was clogged with metal and took it to them for advice. They drilled the metal out AND refused to let us pay them. Not very many businesses with customer service like that!! We will always take our business to them.
