I’ve been w this company for 20+ years. They transferred ownership & dismissed my tax preparer.
I called to get my information so I can find a preparer closers to home. We had been driving 1hr 15 minutes because we had a good preparer.
They were rude & unhelpful from square one.
They lost my receipts & refuse to provide me with my last years tax returns that were never given to me even though they were paid for.
They were rude & hung up on me.
Consider if this is a good fit for you.
When stuff happens is when it’s important that a company performs in an appropriate manner.
That surely didn’t happen in my case.

Excellent service! Arrived with necessary information and waited for her to complete the necessary forms. The wait was surprisingly short for the forms she had to deal with. I will use them again. Be sure you have all the necessary documents for her.

We have taken our taxes to this business for 12 years. Employees have never been anything but gracious. Service is by appt and we have never felt rushed. Our tax preparer composes our taxes to provide us with the best return. In fact, we've recommended friends with tax concerns to Pam and now they are repeat customers, willing to drive the distance to Lodi. I feel obliged to negate the prior customer's bad review when I know how decent this business is. You'll always have someone who hasn't handled their finances, addresses, business correctly and then wants to blame everyone BUT themselves. If you live in fear and anxiety at the thought of doing your own taxes, Gimme A Break is not only affordable, they are very obliging. * *******

Was fine initially doing my taxes with them but I had to have something fixed from work and I've tried contacting multiple times for updates on it and cant get a hold of anyone. Wont respond to my emails or when I call I get told no one is there to help or that they are at lunch.
