Some staff members are really friendly, most are extremely rude and seem to be annoyed that they have to be there / servicing customers.

Nice staff. However, I would like to know at least the first name of a person that I have to hand my personal information to. If have something nice to say or want to interact with the same person or an issue with the staff person I would like to know who they aren't are.
