They happily provide advice on the best packaging options for specific products, price range, and shipping speed. Also, since Holly took over our delivery route we haven't had any issues with lost or delayed mail/packages - Holly goes the extra mile to place our package in a secure/dry spot. Compared to all of the other places we've lived, the Spencer USPS staff has been the friendliest and most helpful!”

“Had a package that was showing a Saturday delivery but never delivered. Updated to a Monday delivery but we were heading out of town and needed the package for our trip. Headed to the annex first thing Monday morning and the gentleman who answered the door was kind enough to go search for it. 5 minutes later he reappeared with package in hand and a smile.
