On vacation 7/20/2024 200 miles from home. Had issue with our Jeep. One of the guys came out and scanned it, bad crank position sensor. Bought one and was loaned tools to install in parking lot. Went as far has coming outside and helping to install. Wish I could remember the two young gentlemens names but went above and beyond Thanks you.

John at advance Auto went above and beyond to help us with our battery tonight. He talked over all the options for us. He helped us find the best product that fit our needs. He even went as far as to check things that we didn't even ask him to just to make sure it wasn't something else. He even has pretty amazing taste in music. Advanced is always the place we go for anything for our vehicles.

The staff is always willing to help you and if you need wiper blades and will gladly put them on or testing on your engine if they can they will the staff here won't go in back of the store or pickup the phone when it's no even ringing just so they don't have to wait on you thanks Advance auto parts
