Just wanted to give a positive shout-out to Michelle Rowland. My elderly parents were having a bit of an issue with one of their accounts & she was able to fix it for them in just a few moments, saving them a lot of frustration!

i was with them for almost 30 years. i never had any real issues until here lately. now ive had almost $4000 stolen from my account by means of wire fraud and theyre refusing to make it right. tomorrow i will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere

Super nice people and very knowledgeable. They spent one on one time with me years ago and got me on track to be able to purchase my own home. Just today they spent more time helping me decide on auto loan options, and returned my calls when I had silly questions. 5 Star business right here. Highly recommend!

as of right now in 2020 no I don't recommend they have messed up my account three times held 400 bucks of mine for 3 weeks saying it wasn't there fault was told everything I called about that a manager would call me back after 3 weeks and 45 phone calls I got the money by going in to the branch and having the people they said had my money on hold I encountered 200 bucks in late fees on bill because of this,but they said there sorry. had a mess up on my end with a car payment

Everything was smooth sailing for years until today. I disputed a charge in December from Amazon for a cancelled item I was still charged for. I got the credit back for it and all was well, or so I thought. Flash forward to today and I receive a letter from Atomic saying the credit will be reversed next week because the dispute was denied. Attached was proof of delivery from amazon for an entirely different item at an entirely different amount. After telling them this several times on the phone and being placed on hold repeatedly, they finally realize the error and apologize for missing such a huge error and tell me they will be cancelling the scheduled credit reversal. While yes, the overall issue was resolved, the fact of the matter is I was lucky this was only for a $34 charge. What if this had been several hundred dollars in question, their complete overlooking of a huge error could have cost me a fortune in late fees and overdraft fees. I now have an appointment at Huntington bank to switch banks. This incident was not acceptable.
