I would leave a zero but no option. I understand it was close to closing time but very rude shoving us out the door never got my parts and then jumped down my back because I was trying to get my 10-year-old from the bathroom after one of the employees allowed him to use it, they was trying to keep me from getting to him won't be going back I've been A customer for years. Being rude is one thing, trying to stop me from my son is another problem

This is a super place to shop. I always ask for Billy when I call or walk in. This guy realy knows his stuff always gets me the right parts. seems to think ahead and knows all the parts I will need and looks them up ahead of time. Very knowledgeable and professional. An asset to Autozone!

I want to thank Ethan and Gavin for going the extra mile with helping me with my truck. I had an antifreeze leak and they found it and took care of it. You guys are awesome and your parents should be very proud with the boys they are raising!!! I can't thank you 2 enough

Customer service was great. However 4 stars because the online system and store system wouldn’t list the bulb I needed for my vehicle. With some help from the sales team member we were able to Google the equivalent of what the manual said I needed. System might need updating because my vehicle is only a couple years old so it should have showed the part number. Kudos to the sales gal though. Appreciate the help.

Was in town on vacation when my truck battery unexpectedly self-destructed. I was able to get to this store. A woman inside, whose name I didn't catch(blond and tattooed I think?), was friendly and efficient in asking me what I needed, and testing my system when I asked. When the test confirmed the battery was dead, she immediately said "yeah, we'll get you a new one." She grabbed a new battery and started installing it without hesitation. After installing the new one she tested the system again to confirm everything was okay. Having my battery die while on vacation could have been a long stressful ordeal but she made it quick, easy, and stress free. Grateful for her efficiency and prompt, friendly service.

I recently came in to buy either a washer or a bolt and washer combination. I didn't recognize the tall persons in high heels. (Brown short hair) Of course I was happy for the help. By the end of this exchange not so much. They were rude. And argued with me about my parts selection. (The replacement bolt was clearly wrong.) So I opted to just replace the washer. "I thought you didn't want that part". And then afterwards I suspect lied to.me about a part not being in store after we had already established it was "in store".
I just smiled and opted to not purchase anything. There are available classes for persons needing effective and professional communication skills. I've shopped here for 20 years.. For now I will shop.elsewhere.

Everytime I go into this store, this entire staff launches into action to solve my problem, but Constance and Tish are stellar costumer service agents. Constance in particular KNOWS HER BUSINESS! She was able to help me with an extremely difficult parts situation and her 'no stop until the issue is solved' attitude is EXACTLY what I needed in the moment. She saved my bacon! Thank you, Constance!
