I purchased my used F350 from Don Wood 3/18/22. Prior to the purchase it took several attempts to get someone to call me back. I was able to purchase the vehicle from out of state. The documents were easy, and the sales rep Lee was fine. However, when I received my truck from transport, it had 7 miles to empty and was not detailed. It was so dirty that there were spiderwebs and actual spiders in the rear cab. There was dried mud and rocks in the undercarriage. The cab smelled like a cross between smoke and mildew. The vehicle was also not safe. There was a broken rear brake rotor that was rusted in half and a broken leaf spring. I know I bought the vehicle sight unseen, but a little knowledge would have been nice of the defects. I am still waiting to receive the registration in my home state. I had to get another document notarized after I called to check. If I hadn't called, would my temporary license plate have run out? I'm not sure, but the level of service of this dealership is extremely low in my opinion. I'm already looking to get rid of the vehicle and all of the issues that surround it. Do not buy from Don Wood in Logan OH. Message me if you need any other details.
