Extremely poor customer service. While trying to work with Hocking Hills Banking Center since June 10th 2020 for a loan NOT once would anyone call me to tell me anything! I would try to call and call and call. Each time I would call I was only told the same thing as the time before or that they couldn’t tell me anything. When something would come up that they needed to talk to me about they would not call me they would wait for me to call them. At one Point I waited 2 weeks thinking they were working on an issue and would call once it was figured out like I was told would happen. After 2 weeks I called only for them to tell me sorry we need try something else. So I wasted 2 weeks when they could’ve just called me and asked if we could go a different route. It took them from the time of my loan application June 10th until today August 21st for them to say welp sorry there’s nothing we can do for you. I could have used this time to look at other options if this company hadn’t left me hanging on for this long making me think something could be done. I would not recommend for anyone to use this bank who is looking for a new one to use. Take your money to a different company. A customer should not have to call over and over days in a row hoping to be able to get through to someone. Thanks for the wasted time Hocking Hills Banking Center!

I set up an account 3 weeks ago was told I would get my card in two weeks and still don't have it they say they have no clue where it's at but they can order a new one and it will come in two weeks

This bank always has courteous staff and management. The staff is always happy, and work to meet your banking needs promply.
