I would no longer let this place put air in my tires not because of the workers but because the corporate part of this business does not Stand behind any of their products and there customer services well should we say what customer service even from a regional manager!

PROBLEMS every time. Went to this location because I had problems at the Athens location. Made an 800 appt didn’t get out of there for almost 2 hours. I wasn’t too happy with the “customer service” I felt like I was disturbing the rep checking people in. Anyhow- I asked for a default tire sensor light on my dash to be addressed along with the oil change and rotation. It was written on the order and wasn’t taken care of. After waiting almost 2 hours I was pissed off and ready to get out of there. Not to mention how busy/overbooked the rep kept saying they were. If the online scheduling doesn’t work correctly —GET RID OF IT!! What’s the point of an appointment if you’re sitting around for hours? Honestly- I don’t want to go back there anymore but I paid over $1000 for tires and all the maintenance that comes with the install.

Cold weather caused me to wake up with low tire pressure , Valve caps seized to my valve stems this place came in clutch … very friendly service Connie was Absolutely Amazing .. got us in and out even tho they were crazy busy … Got me back on the road .. if I wasn’t from out of town this would be my new stopping grounds … Love yall for this :)

I've always had a positive experience interacting with the staff. They have always been friendly with me. However, they put the wrong size brake pads on my car and when I returned with concerns about the noise it had been making, they still did not notice that my front pads were too small. Instead, they told me I needed my rear rotors replaced and that my car makes noise when it shifts gears because it is an automatic.
I do not know much about cars, so when I go to get my car serviced, I really need to be able to trust the staff and understand the work that is being done.

Had a alignment done the tech didn't even try to adjust the camber in the rear of my car even tho I have adjustable lateral links that I just put on last night and my car also pulls to the left really hard on the highway

Had a travel emergency with a front puncture on my Tundra. They took me right in and repaired my tire. Great service and a really nice well kept shop. They have some really nice tires available as well! If the Lord meant for me to get a puncture while traveling; I’m thankful I was in the proximity of a proper tire shop like this to get my family back home safely.

Love this place friendly fair pricing and they go above and beyond the standard to help there customers It's to much to write out but go check them out or at least call if u need tires or alignments they do good work honor there work and at good prices and don't lie to you to make money like allot of shops

Other than Amber this place has fallen downhill since new owners took over. Tire warranty ignored damaged tire inflated then let's the driver go back on the road.

I unfortunately caught a nail in my tire on a trip to hocking hills. Stopped in here to see about getting a tire. Within ten minutes they patched my tire and did it for free. Excellent customer service and very kind people. 10/10 service. Thank you guys very much!

The front desk lady is very rude and disrespectful they have had my car for 3 hours went there tires are on it an everything it’s just sitting in the garage ! When we called lady was rude when I went in to get receipt lady was rude ! Definitely won’t be going back ! An I’m still waiting on my car. When my appointment was at 11
