Only place to ever not give an estimate on replacing lugnut studs for me so your gonna be paying there hourly rate for 10 mins of work. Would not recommend this shop at all

Service was good to start with.. But they were unable to properly diagnose the problem and instead we sunk money we didn't really have on unnecessary repairs. The last appointment the mechanic walked off with dip in his mouth and jibbered that I should take it to a dealership. Completely unprofessional and incompetent we will not be back. Our issue ended up being timing chain going out which it did.

It would be an all right place, if the employees would be more respectful to the neighborhood and not park in front of peoples houses every day all day and use their own parking lot or park in front of their own business so that people can park in front of their homes.

The photo is of one of my brake pads that Tansky/Kevins had no issue sending me on my way with. Place is alright for oil changes but for the love of god do not take your car here for any legitimate repairs. Around a month ago I had them change my tires, and told them while they were in there to please check out my brakes as they had been squeaking a little. When I picked up my car I noticed there were no notes regarding the state of my brake pads but the receptionist assured me that they had in fact been checked and were fine. Made an appointment maybe two weeks later (1 week ago) specifically for them to check out my brake pads because the squeaking had continually gotten worse and turned into a loud, very noticable grinding. They told me that all four brake pads were at half life and the guy who test drove it said that all I was hearing was my EXHAUST. When I questioned them about how my exhaust could possibly be causing my brakes to grind, they told me that actually there was no grinding or squeaking. When I asked them to check it again they made a few comments about "busy" they are right now. They sent me on my way and didn't even charge me for the diagnostic (in hindsight I realize that this is because no evaluation/inspection was ever performed) Called another mechanic and got in a couple days later. Turns out my brake pads were in fact not at "half life" as the one that was the loudest FELL OUT when the second mechanic pulled my car into the shop. Ended up needing to replace my rotors and brake pads by this point and a quick couple hundred dollar fix that Tansky/Kevins failed to perform turned into a $750 fix for another mechanic. New mechanic said that it was a genuine safety hazard and that there was no way they had even looked at the car if they sent me on my way in that condition. They could have killed an entire family with their negligence and lack of professionalism. Glad I did my own research and found somewhere that actually fixes cars since these guys have no issues watching money walk out the door. DONT GO HERE !

I have taken my car here to get serviced twice and in two separate occasions and both times I have taken it in, my car has left in worse condition. The first issue that I brought my car in for was the ABS light on the dash. They said the reason my ABS light was on was because the wheel barrings were bad and they replaced them. Once I got my car back, the ABS light was still on and there was a new humming sound that was coming from my vehicle. Later on I took my vehicle to another mechanic for a dignoses of my car and they told me that my wheel barrings were improperly installed. Tanskeys had also fail to mention or catch that the brake fluid was very low and I had to make an emergency stop on the road and fill it up.The other time I got my car serviced here was for a suspension issue. I explained to them that my car would sometimes bounce or sway when on the road. They replaced the struts on my vehicle. I again got my car back and the issue persisted. When I got my car dignose with another mechanic, they had told me that my sway bar was loose, which again Tanskeys had missed. They have failed to communicate to me about my sway bar and the issue continued which makes me wonder if my struts actually needed replacing or not.If I could leave zero stars I would. They have failed to find the problem, they have failed to fix the problem, and they have failed to communicate with me about car. I have wasted hundreds of dollars on pointless repairs and sloppy mistakes. Be aware.

We arrived to Logan, Ohio and unfortunately had some vehicle issues. We called Kevin's and they told us they could take a look at it that same day. They were able to diagnose and fix our issue all within the exact same day! Everyone was extremely friendly, and beyond helpful! I would highly recommend to anyone.

These guys are amazing! We are here from out of state and had car troubles. Our cars fixed and running smoothly in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Tansky/ Kevin’s service center!

Great business. Went there for a problem with my valve stem and they had it fixed in under 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend ?
