I had a horrible experience today with an employee the customer service was so bad she made me feel horrible if it wasn’t for the pharmacy I would never go back I don’t want to give them a dollar of my money the employees are not good I will never forget how I felt the power went out she helped everyone but me continued looking at me and when I finally asked if she was going to reset the self checker I was at mind you she was done doing everyone else and was standing there before she helped she kept going to another employee whispering so when I did asked she said just a minute left me standing even longer other customers notice they offered to let me move to there’s in front of them I have never been disregarded like this in my life I plan to get this employees name and go farther up nobody should have to experience this I recommend everyone to go to Walmart save a lot I would even say drive to Lancaster before you spend you hard on money and have a horrible experience at Logan Krogar’s

I always have a great experience with the staff of this pharmacy. They have given vaccinations to my entire family, including my son with a needle phobia, and are so patient and caring with him. They always get me my prescriptions in an expedient manner, sometimes dealing with my insurance company which is no fun for anyone. When our son was sick we picked up multiple meds and the technician mistakenly forgot to put one in the bag. They delivered the missing prescription within an hour! The pharmacist here also caught it when an oral surgeon prescribed me a medicine I’m allergic to, so that was life saving. Kind, caring, and competent staff.

I appreciate all the employees in the pharmacy, I have never had any issues that wouldn't be the same anywhere else. No matter who you use there is a wait, so why gripe about it. Anyways I recently switched to logan from nelsonville and they have made it so easy and are super friendly and helpful when I call or go in.

I have spent a fortune on food and medication at Kroger, now suddenly without notice K discontinued delivery. Service, I looked like someone is oops benefiting from free delivery , even the delivery person was not notified. who does this. I am a senior and disabled should I waste my time with you explaining the difficulty of finding someone to pick up my meds? The pharmacy personnel are wonderful people although you work them half to death. The grocery personnel are also terrific. C,mon Kroger get it together. I am considering moving my business please fix yours,

The staff will not kick out people not wearing masks and believe them when they say they have a doctor's order to not have to wear a mask without producing evidence. The "manager" 6'4 refused to escort the maskholes out.

Getting meats cut, wrapped different way's, knowledge of price, the cut, what you should buy for what meal, the sales items, the different brand name meats that are the same cut just different price, friendly help, honest help, ("let me show you where to look" not "over by isle 14") you'll never find a better staff then what you get from the meat department.

Forgot one of my items, so have to go back and get my money for it. I rolled change and paid for my groceries with exact change. The cashier thanked me, said they need quarters. I suggest everyone roll their change and take it with them to pay for groceries, helps everyone.
