Went lastnight for the first time and I am not pleased. Terrible customer service, the employees were so very rude to my aunt and I. Messed up our orders and the second we got our icecream they turned the volume of their shit music all the up as if we weren’t still in the store looking. Just very rude.

I would make no stars if possible. Two young white guys worked there. I went there with my wife and 2 little girls. They laughed at us as we walked in then would not help us. My 11 year old asked why were they laughing and treated us like that. I was hurt and ticked bc I had to teach her the reality of some pale people toward us. Do not go there if you're black.

Should have checked the other reviews before stopping by this place. We saw it on the way in to the state park, so stopped by on our way out to get some soft serve. Unfortunately whoever was working the counter didn't acknowledge us at all and left the cash register even though we in the store. Didn't make us feel welcome at all so we just left instead.

Kitchen food is not worth eating unless you are starving. I'd rather eat from one the dusty out dated cereal boxes on their shelves. Ice cream flavors only taste like vanilla. Even if they get your order wrong, it will be your fault. 2 of the worst employees work there. They obviously hate their jobs and the fact that you even bothered to come in.

Great variety of soft serve ice cream. Line was out the door when we left. Not a very big place at all so everyone was packed in waiting in line. Great service!

Not customer oriented and the staff and most of all the cashier was very monotone, robotic, and came off as rude and standoffish. Seems like staff interpersonal skills and being customer oriented is a problem based on reviews. Purchased soft serve ice cream that was ok. Business has many photos of rules to follow such as the one I attached to this review. Will not go back.

The ice cream there is fantastic. I definitely recommend it, however myself and 4 family members bought there 2 days in a row and the blonde girl with a nose piercing was hard to handle. We all left there, both times, feeling like we needed to apologize for something we didn't know we did. The owners need to consider putting her through a customer care program. But don't let that stop your visit...the flavors are worth it. Just get in and out quickly.

They say they have all these flavors. They all taste like Vanilla Ice cream. Don't be swayed by everybody out front, enjoying it, cause they're not.

We finally stopped here after seeing it many times on our trips to Hocking Hills. We wanted ice cream and always see many folks outside enjoying theirs.I know they offer many flavors of shakes and ice cream but how on a weekend can you be out of a basic flavor like chocolate. Wouldn't you stock up on this instead of perhaps eggnog( which they were out of too). Nice that they do post a note outside of the flavors they are out of. If you are expecting 24 flavors of ice cream,be prepared that they will be out of at half.

If you’re not expecting a refined place but going there only for soft serve ice cream, they have good variety and taste. And cheaper than their ice cream competitor nearby. The espresso flavor cone is delicious.
Definitely a rustic but refreshing cone stop if you’re near Hocking Hills State Park.
This place is back woods. It’s not a problem with me but know that their public restroom is a port-a-john. It’s a nice favor for the hundreds of tourists passing daily, but if you need a sink or water look elsewhere.
Not 5 stars to me due to the abundance of alcoholic drinks. This part is not child friendly.
