“I like this Kroger and the pharmacy associates are always very friendly and helpful. Plus I like the pharmacy location inside the store because it is right up front and you can get in and out easily without having to walk the entire store to get to it. They have a drive up window for anyone preferring that service too. They also have a Starbucks (always an added bonus). Their liquor store is fully stocked and they have a large variety of refrigerated beer, hard seltzer and malt beverage offerings. I am between this Kroger and Chillicothe so I could go either direction. I prefer this location because it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot and is significantly less busy overall than the Chillicothe store (which I dread having to go into with a passion since it is always so busy and the parking lot is a drive at your own risk obstacle course). The ONLY downside at this location is no meat counter. I like to select my steaks and thick cut, bone in pork chops from the case so I can get the size and quality I want. All of the meat here is prepackaged. I can usually find something that will work, but if they had a meat counter/case it would make this location 5 stars for me.”
“No one plans on needing an RX when out of town, but we did. From the moment I called in to see if they could fill it till the moment we walked out, it was complete professionalism. They were so friendly and polite, and had the RX ready in no time. While we waited, every person that walked in, the knew by name, and had friendly conversations with them. Oh how I miss the small town charm.

“Phenomenal customer service, knowledgeable and caring professionals and they're always really fast! I primarily use the Kroger pharmacy app- I have social anxiety and suffer from severe panic attacks. Having the option to req. Refills online is a huge help in terms of accessibility.
Whenever I do have to call directly if i have questions or i messed up the order online, everyone is always kind, accommodating and helpful.
