Everyone is very nice and will go out of their way to help.
We order our foreign money there for trips and it’s always smooth.
They will help you with mistakes made by either you or them. As usual be nice and your service will always be great.

So far a pleasurable experience vs all the other choices in town. There is a lot of choices in logan but PNC remains the best in my position. Sure we could use another atm but that hasn't stopped me from my banking.

Inside is dirty and manager is rude. I've never not had to wait 10 plus minutes. Would recommend finding another bank.

I went to the drive thru with only 3 deposits..there was no other cars when we pulled up and when we sent the deposit over...well the attendee got alittle rude with me about my deposits and told me the main branch is open for a reason....and blamed me for the other cars that had to wait?...well I mean the same can be said for the other cars so why am I being targeted...it was a super unpleasant experience.

This bank is awful. Made a dispute due to fraudulent charges. The bank refunded a portion of the money. The rest was to be investigated. No contact from the bank. So We call- they said denied. They looked into it-The bank lady entered a date incorrectly. They took the portion back and now we're starting all over again. It's already been 10 days. Now we're told 24 to 48 hours to get a call from a manager. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER use this bank again. This is for over $1200. I feel this should be a priority due to the error on their part.

We have multiple accounts with PNC and have been pleased with service. We have worked with Michelle on many issues and she has always been outstanding and professional. I would not hesitate to do banking here.

If i could give no starts i would. They are absolutely terrible. Do not trust their app to tell you how much money you have in your account and definitely dont trust them to resolve the issue's. I would NOT recommend anyone to go through them.
