No one plans on needing an RX when out of town, but we did. From the moment I called in to see if they could fill it till the moment we walked out, it was complete professionalism. They were so friendly and polite, and had the RX ready in no time. While we waited, every person that walked in, the knew by name, and had friendly conversations with them. Oh how I miss the small town charm.

The way they treat their customer is horid and the service was always delayed,something wrong with filling prescriptions. So I had my account transferred to CVS on East state St. Service there is prompt and courteous

Best pharmacy in the area: no waits, prompt service, friendly people, no "corporate dismissals" on questions, will try every way to ensure price points are competitive/better than the others. Do miss Josh, he was extremely good and knowledgeable.

Ever since Josh left, our ratings have dropped. It's sad. I believe there is only 1 of the original people who still works there along when Josh was the pharmacist. Everyone else left and we have had some issues with them that we never dealt with before and have been without medications many times before by being told they did have then turns out to find they did. and it's just not got that warm and friendly private pharmacy welcome anymore. Unfortunately, we have been considering switching if things didn't improve and sadly I think we are at that place. 😕

Fake call system for deliveries. You have to speak to a real person for them. Dont believe the system, I have had to go without my meds on multiple occasions because of this. Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. How do you claim a business that deals with all forms of health and have such a messed up system? What if the person had blood pressure issues and expected delivery that day and died because they just decided to not deliver that day even though they had been called in days prior?

I never have to wait long, if even at all. They are personable and very nice. The delivery service is such a good service they have. They are WAY better than CVS across the street, that's for sure!
