The chicks arrive and are immediately placed on the sale floor just to be turned around and sold. Creating a super high stress environment, I’ve had three die overnight (despite having everything exactly as it should be brooder wise) and they do not guarantee chicks for any period of time like most hatcheries. I do have to say I am very happy that Julie helped make things right
