I generally have positive experiences, but today I took a title in to get it notarized. The seller wasn't present, but the notary wrote on the title anyway and then crossed the name out when she realized I wasn't the seller, voiding the title. She claimed it wouldn't matter since she initialed it. The title office confirmed that the title is useless now and that the notary should have known this. I'm basically out of luck because I can't get in contact with the previous owner from Cleveland and I'm stuck with a vehicle that can't be registered.I would be understanding if she simply didn't want to notarize the title without the seller present, but the fact that she marked it up and then handed it back with a "not my problem" attitude is unacceptable. Not happy with "WMD"!

Renona, I think thats how you spell it, Is extremely rude and inconsiderate every time I have to deal with her. I will request to work with somebody else every time I have to come.

Hi, my name is Daniel Freeman. I have been dealing with this bank since 2009 and am proud to say that this is the best bank that I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with other banks and haven't found any more honest people than the ones who work for US Bank. I'd most definitely recommend this bank to anyone who are looking for a good bank to start an account and/or accounts with. There are people who used to work for the Logan, Ohio branch in whom I went to school with, who helped me get my accounts started with your organization, who no longer work for your establishment for whatever reason, hopefully by their moving on to bigger and better things that suit their needs, although I miss seeing them in the bank whenever I do come into the bank to do face to face banking, whenever I can make it to the bank in time for your establishment to still be open. But just because they're not working for your establishment anymore doesn't effect my bank account any. I will continue to bank with your organization as long as I can continue to get the excellent service that I have been getting in the past as well as the present. And am looking forward to possibly starting other accounts with your organization. I want to say thank you for being the best bank that I have ever dealt with and for having such an honest and friendly staff working at the Logan, Ohio branch. And I would like to take even more time to say that you've made my life much easier with your US Bank Mobile App which allows me to do my banking 24/7/365. And like I said before, I am looking forward in doing banking with your organization in years to come with the possibility of opening other new accounts such as a business account and a retirement account with your organization as well. This is why you deserve a ☆☆☆☆☆ rating. Thank you again for your courtesy and honesty. That's what it takes to win me over. And guess what? You've won me over and will have all of my future banking needs in your hands. Sincerely, Daniel P. Freeman

I went to this bank for the first time today because I needed to pick up a western union money pick up. They refused to help because I did not have an account with them even though I was going to put over $2,000 in the new bank account. After they turned me away I then went to Kroger and they happily gave me the money. I still needed a bank account so I went back to the bank with my money in hand. When I got there I was then told that because my license is out of state and less than 90 days that I could not open an account without something showing my address. Which would be fine but since I moved here a less than 2 weeks ago I don't have anything. Needless to say that the ladies that work in this bank are by far the rudest tellers that I have come across and I will not be banking with them ever.
