“We actually live in Keny Boulevard Estates which is the next complex over. I love walking around the Charter Club grounds though. (They didn't have an opening at the time or we likely would have moved in there.) The grounds are always clean and well maintained. The pool area is much nicer than the one in our complex, and as far as I can tell has been open every season since we moved into the area. (Unlike the pool in our complex) The grass always seems greener somewhere else, and I have not met anyone that lives there to ask about any other elements.”

“My kids found their home at Elms. They are thrilled, just got a cute mini freezer for nice basement and umbrella for their courtyard. They have already filled the courtyard with beautiful flowers. The neighbors are nice and helpful and I'm thankful for the positive place and management where my kids can feel safe. Thanks, Caring Mom!”
