Fast friendly service. Pharmacist always answers any questions I have and even advised me to have my doctor change an order so the cost would be less for me. I appreciate it! The techs are always friendly. Thank you all!

The pharmacists are extremely rude everytime I ask a question or call the pharmacy. If someone has a health problem it should be taken seriously and not with disrespect. The women I had spoken with talk to me in a disrespectful manner and very rude! I stopped going to this pharmacy and permanently going Walmart who have a very friendly staff! I do not recommend kroger pharmacy to anyone if they care about kindness and courtesy of the staff.
These pharmacists need to be fired.
Oh and a added note I had a prescription that was sent in for my gestational diabetes and they said they didn't have it and snapped back at me and were extremely rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!

The worst pharmacy in ohio. Never have your prescriptions, never contact your insurance or doctor, never have anything ready. Always charges more than anywhere else. Do NOT go here. You’d be better off going to a drug dealer

I love Kroger Pharmacy. Especially the one girl I think her name is Chrissy. She is awesome. But I've also witnessed the other employees making fun of her and bullying her. Including the pharmacist yelling at her. Not very professional don't you think. Kroger better get their act together!!!!!!

We did drive through but not all meds could fit in the tube so I sent my husband in to get my meds and they had lost my meds that quick. Wow I had to go in my self and have them locate 2 meds. Like wow they are unorganized. And have lack of communication

I Was in line in the drive through for well over 15 min and when I pulled up to the pneumatic tube, the canister was still available. I put my driver license in and hit send knowing they would need that to fulfill my pickup. It was 1:02 pm. They came on the speaker and said they are sending my license back out that they are closed. If a place of business is closed that use the pneumatic tube, the canister is not available. It would be one thing if I pulled up and the canister was already pulled in. I still would have been upset that I just wasted 15 min sitting in line, but to send it back when it was your mistake for having it out there and I had been sitting in your line patiently waiting for you to serve the others in front of me well before your lunch time is poor customer service and rude. I get everyone needs a lunch break. I was on my lunch break as well. What I don't understand is why knowingly be rude and why Kroger Pharmacy's in general all close during lunch time knowing people use that time to come get their prescriptions. Why not have lunches spaced out between the employees to have coverage during that time. Maybe it's a limited service time like "no pharmacist on duty, all questions regarding any prescriptions can be answered after 1:30." or "Pickups only during 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm daily". This day and age knows little about customer service and it shows.

I have had good service here but the wait times are UNREAL . 30 minutes minimum in the drive through and sometimes inside as well. I can get everything ready and send it through the tube and a simple pickup takes forever. Will be transferring to cvs in london

This pharmacy has messed up my monthly prescriptions almost every month for a year. They always forget something, or it's out of stock. This is easy auto fill stuff. How do you even mess that up? Nathaniel is the only employee who knows what he is doing. I don't know why I have used them this long...

I will not ever get my diabetes test strips filled here again. I have been lied to about so-called insurance "fraud", waiting for the doctor to call back and getting a new script with directions which will "allow" for the amount of strips the script was written for to be dispensed. This pharmacy enjoys lying and misleading customers when they need their prescriptions. They do not have a system in place to make sure that if they don't have enough of the script for a complete fill, it would be added to the next script (different from the one that had been partially filled).

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I drive 15 miles to pick up prescriptions and every time there's something messed up or not ready. I even received a call that said all three of my prescriptions were ready and when I get there they only have two and I will have to come back later and pick up the third one. They cost me time and money on nearly every visit. UPDATE. Received a text that my prescription was ready for pickup. Drove 15 miles again to only be told that it wasn't ready and my prescription had expired. They don't even deserve one star.
