It was 7pm on a Wednesday. Normal day. Great weather. Sun was shining. My daughter’s birthday is coming fast; I need balloons blown up. Was there anyone working the flower and balloon station? No. That’s on me 100%, it really is. I should have realized that asking guest services if they could help get the balloons blown up was like asking Moses to part the Red Sea but here we are. The gentleman told me he would “call someone.” Again I didn’t realize colonizing mars would be far simpler than someone at guest services to actually pick up a phone and call someone for 2.3 seconds. Here I stand. A half hour later. No helium in these ol baloons.

Where is the manager? Why am I at self check out scanning $400 worth of groceries an hour and a half before closing time (2nd time this has happened) I walked around the store for an hour and only saw 1 person stocking and a young kid at self check. I think the manager may need to step up if there is not enough manning. Customers first, paperwork after.

Love Kroger's... Great people, clean store :) pick-up on groceries people are very nice. Trying the delivery, Instacart nice people, and helped me by putting groceries inside my door for me. 😊😊😊

Using the app to get “sale prices” which should already be processed using your Kroger card is ridiculous. It’s a huge waste of time for the consumer.

Talk about price gouging, a week or do ago their made in house cookies were 3.99, today same cookies 5.99, 1lb of provolone cheese over 9.00, absolutely outrageous, I read inflation is under control, not at Krogers.
