One of the worst and dirtiest truckstops I’ve ever been to. Towels stunk, hot water was in and out during my whole shower, no seat covers, just a very dirty facility. I’m very disappointed!!!!

We travel between Columbus and Dayton a lot and always stop here for a quick break. It's always been clean, even the bathrooms, staff is friendly, and they have a good selection and an Arby's that's pretty decent. And since we now have an EV it's perfect for a quick charge at their EV stations.

I booked a shower at this location last night at 9 PM, but I wasn’t able to get in until 1 AM. This is the second time I’ve had a similar experience here. It’s very frustrating that drivers are not being respected or prioritized, especially after a long day on the road. When I checked in, I was told there were five people ahead of me, and the wait continued for hours with no updates or accountability.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the shower was below standard — not what you’d expect after such a long wait. Overall, this location needs to improve both its scheduling process and facility hygiene. Drivers deserve better.

Waited 45min in doors and an hour in truck while 4 showers set with nobody in them so there not cleaning shower so I would not rate it as a convenience

Best shower ever! The hoses are WAY too short to get fuel in both tanks at the same time on pumps 24 and 25. Ruined a great pair of cowboy boots!!
The one lady was SUPER nice and the guy cleaning showers did a GREAT job really fast!! Very much appreciated!!

I am a trucker and I been to alot of pilot and I like this one better
I come in this pilot like 2 or 3 time a week. Everytime I come in I get help from Miss Tesa
She always make me feel welcome Her smile and always greeting me If I couldn't find something she's always there to help
The place is very clean and I been to alot of pilot but this one is very clean

Pilot #454 has got to be the worst pilot I have ever been to. #1 they advertise premium WiFi but it doesn't even work after I paid $25 for the monthly service. #2 They have more reserved parking than regular parking which is absurd if you think about how much fuel and other crap we buy from the store. #3 They don't even acknowledge the veterans when it comes to getting a discount on reserved parking. Pathetic. I will continue to use Pilot Stores but I can guarantee you I will never come to this location again. I'll spend me hard earned money elsewhere.

Went to cash in some coins today, and the woman there named Brenda who waited on me was acting like she had an attitude problem, like I was bothering her, stop hiring people who treat customers like crap just because they hate their job

Pilot travel center 454 London Ohio stopped here for shower and fuel ,wish didn’t stopped ,7 showers were waiting to be cleaned but there was no body in sight like 20 minutes I talked a person he said it will take time !!!!!!! but just making excuses .next time I wont be stopping here will take my business somewhere else .Have a blessed day.

The service is quite unsatisfactory – I’ve been waiting for the shower for over an hour. The person responsible for cleaning seems to be in no rush, and others are simply standing around talking. Unfortunately, there appears to be a general lack of motivation among the staff
