The staff at Buckeye Ford is very professional and great customer service. The grounds, parking lot and waiting room are immaculate and the staff is knowledgeable and efficient. An oil change is easy in and easy out with a mechanic or tech reviewing car needs and potential future needs, with nothing pushy about buying anything else and wayyyyy cheaper than Columbus. Appointments can be challenging at certain busy times, but the community vote of confidence shows the service is good and pleasant.
