Awful customer service. I had originally went in November to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile, Ally who helped me (who no longer is the manager there) was AMAZING and was so much help including me coming back in to set up my sons watch. I was told coming from Verizon to T-Mobile we needed to 30 days to upgrade, totally fine. Came back in after the first of the year to upgrade, was told I needed to remove a line from my plan so I couldn’t upgrade that day but to call the customer service number, which I did. I gave it almost a week to then make sure everything in the system was in agreement on their end and the stores end. Came back in today and the manager told me I could not upgrade now until 90 days was up, told me that the old manager is no longer there and it didn’t matter what she said. Refused to help me, had an attitude the whole time and was plain rude. I called customer service line and they notated everything in my account. I went to the Hilliard Rome Road store and fixed it without question. Save yourself the trouble because you’ll get the run around at this store and basically be told “too bad so sad, the old manager isn’t here and I can’t do what she said.”

New manager was absolutely RUDE & unhelpful! I walked into the store and NO ONE was in there. Trainee was unhelpful just said he was in training & sat back down. When management (I believe her name was Ali) came out to help we were barely into my situation before a guy came in who had apparently been there before me and she was more interested in helping him than me. He continued to interrupt me as I was trying to get help from her. So I then said we'll if your gonna help him I'll just leave. Proceeded to walk to the door saying how rude it was and she then threatened to call the cops as I'm literally in between the door LEAVING already telling me to get out.
And we wonder why this store has such a change in employees?! For someone in customer service you certainly failed. Using the cops because you can't do your job is in poor taste too. Hopefully corporate fires you as they were notified as well.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and patient. Did a very good job at explaining everything we were doing and helping us through upgrade options and making them work for us. If T-Moble's service is as good as Jeff was, we will be pleased.

This store front has amazing customer service, however, T-Mobile as a whole has been a absolute nightmare. My service on my phone constantly drops calls, buffers with every app, and can barely handle running Google maps. I fell for the home internet since it was simple and easy to install just to have my home Wi-Fi run below a megabyte ( yes, I mean below a single megabyte). I've tried every corner of the house, placing it at every window, resetting it, and nothing. I would beg another internet provider to take my money before ever recommending to someone else. Love the store location, and the guys in there will help you in any way possible, hate the provider with a passion now.

I went in yesterday to get a new phone and Parker helped so much. I asked for the cheapest but also an iPhone 13 and he hooked me up!!
