Friendly front desk staff…Tammy cuts my elderly mother’s hair and she does a great job. She also is so sweat with her and makes sure she is comfortable and enjoying the experience. We appreciate Tammy and all she does!

Absolutely love Missy!!! She did an awesome perm on my soon to be mom in law who is 82 and then a few weeks later colored it! It looks great and she loves it and she is very very hard to please. So 5 star is to low for Missy I give her a 10 ⭐review.Front desk girls and all the other girls were very nice too

Honestly, for the price I paid—which was at the lowest tier, mind you—I feel like I got a very average haircut. After tip I was out over $70 just for a wash, cut, and dry. I didn’t really care for the stylist—she was a nice woman but I have limited free time and she had a hard time working and talking at the same time. If you’re going here for something like a blowout or color treatment, maybe the prices are worth it… but I really wasn’t too impressed. I pay less and generally have a much more pleasant and consistent experience at the David Scott Salon in Avon. This salon also has 2 floors, which wasn’t an issue for me personally, but could be for others… and that should probably be disclosed to new clients when they call. Doubtful I will return.

I called and was able to get my daughter in the same day to have a bad haircut fixed (bad experience was from another salon - Headquarters). Lauren quickly fixed the bad trim job and it looks great! Very pleased.Service: Haircut

I haven't been here for a long time. The updates that have been made are wonderful. The person I was scheduled with (I believe Savannah was the name?) did an amazing job checking in with me throughout the process and making sure that I got exactly what I wanted with having my hair dyed and cut. I loved this amount of communication! I don't talk much in general so her checking in and making sure we were on the same page was a breath of fresh air.Services: Balayage

Took my sister and step mother here for a pedicure for the "David Anthony experience" that I used to know after always going to Eva's. I will never return. The experience here was awful- so unprofessional with people coming in and out of the room and the tech's relative arrived and was socializing the entire time. The techs talking to each other the entire time. The WORST pedicure I have ever paid for. We all recieved gel pedis. We have gel polish all over the skin which had to be trimmed at home so the whole nail wouldn't peel off. I have fingerprints imprinted into my polish because the light wasn't curing and for some reason she kept pressing on my nail, leaving fingerprints. This also resulted in my nails appearing like they have a piece of plastic stuck on top of them. Afterwards I realized when I was getting a foot massage that my tech stopped and looked at my nails and it was the specific one that has "plastic" on it and SHE LEFT IT LIKE THAT. Unable to say much at salon because techs put on socks for you. No questions as to if I even liked my Pedi or the color etc. The salon was contacted and even sent pictures of the pedicures and no contact was made the same day or next.
