worse than car salesman. the staff here lie. makes sense since they're payed commission. I spent 3 hours in store going over services, crunching numbers just for them to lie to my face. I lost grandfathered in services and am now paying $80 more a month than what they told me my bill would be. If you're doing business in store, go over your actual contract with a fine tooth comb.

This store is a joke, guy wouldn't even try and help me. You buy a $1500+ phone and att sells you a case that breaks at the hinge in just a few days after purchase and the store won't even bother to help you or make things right. Do not go to this store they just wanna sit there and not be bothered by customers

Why is it every time we deal with at&t we get screwed on the bill? We like the service but they don't tell the complete truth about charges. I am thinking of leaving just because of them being dishonest

If i could give 0 stars i would. Wouldn’t sell us a new phone because the sales rep said it would take over 3 hours, and they couldn’t do it today. went to another store in avon, and they had no issues.

Jeremy was awesome! Personable, Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My biggest gripe with going into a cell phone store is how long it takes. He made switching carriers extremely efficient!

Jeremy ran the store all by himself Wednesday and took very good care of my wife and I. He really went above and beyond and he shows he cares about the company and his customers for sure.

If I could give no stars, I would!!! This review is for the Lorain store. I asked the salesman for a s23. He brought me a s23 fe. (Which I didn't notice he gave me the wrong phone until I opened it.) I asked him what colors could I choose from. He said the phone only came in black. (I later saw online the phone was offered in different colors.) I asked him to help me set the phone up. He said the wifi was down. I told him I would come back the next day. He said the wifi had been down all week and didn't know when it would be repaired. (A phone store without wifi?) He should not be working there.
I went to the store in Avon the next day. The salesman was very helpful setting up my new phone. I should not have purchased the phone in Lorain. I should have bought the phone from the Avon store. They probably would have given me the phone I wanted.

Jason is an excellent salesperson. He is always patient with me when making a purchase and answers all of my questions. I have made it a point to always see him when getting a new phone for myself or anyone in my family.

Nothing I hate more than a lying sales rep went there to buy a phone outright was told that I couldn’t even though I have AT&T prepaid and it had to go onto a installment plan, asked if the corporate store in Elyria was the same way and was told yes. I called the Elyria store and they confirmed I could indeed buy a phone out right being on prepaid. Not everyone wants to do installments on phones! I hope you guys learn to stop lying ?
