Had bought a pool from the North Olmsted location only to find out it came with a hole. Tracked down a replacement at this Big Lots and they were super helpful. Held the pool for me for a couple days until I could make it over to do the swap. They made the whole process as easy as possible. They were really great.

They need to increase the size of the store, with the location being in such a massive parking lot. But, this place has so much fun stuff and awesome, spectacular even in some cases, furniture. The isles always seem in disarray, but maybe they're updating stock? Can be hard to find certain things, but if you can find what You're considering, you'll likely buy it at it's set price point, and condition. Things there are in remarkably great shape, and there plenty of snacks and stuff if that's all you're going for. You won't likely be disappointed. I'd say it's a GO.

I don't go here often. It's like an odds and ends store. Not much to it. They need a Bigger store on sight or a furniture store strictly furniture. Like Value City furniture. Damn I sure miss having that place locally like when I was younger.
