I am looking for a new cell phone company and thought I would check out Boost Mobile on Meister. I walked in and the kid that was working couldn't even say hello and just stared at me. Not even a HOW CAN I HELP YOU? He was kind of rude and just lost a sale. HORRIBLE SERVICE

customer service is horrible, first guy i spoke to was rude, did not listen to situation. And to find out thru apple store the phone did not match its id#. apple pulls it up as a black phone, when the phone in hand is a white one. smh..

I took a phone to help with activation. I was there for almost an hour. The guy clearly didn't want to be there. At the end of it all he didn't have the SIM card for my phone wouldn't check with the other stores to see if they had one, said he ordered one to my address (he didn't). All he wound up doing was charging me twenty-five bucks to activate my old phone. Go somewhere else.
