customer service is horrible, first guy i spoke to was rude, did not listen to situation. And to find out thru apple store the phone did not match its id#. apple pulls it up as a black phone, when the phone in hand is a white one. smh..

I took a phone to help with activation. I was there for almost an hour. The guy clearly didn't want to be there. At the end of it all he didn't have the SIM card for my phone wouldn't check with the other stores to see if they had one, said he ordered one to my address (he didn't). All he wound up doing was charging me twenty-five bucks to activate my old phone. Go somewhere else.

I switched to boost the other day, Nick made the process very easy. Took the time to understand what I needed and got me the best phone. He's also really funny and made my time at the store delightful.

My husband purchased a phone for me and it wasn't the one I wanted. I took it back to the store the very next morning. I spoke with Nick who rudely informed me there are no returns. I asked why because most places give at least a few days and some even a week. His response was a very smug I dunno. I asked if he had informed my husband before his purchase. Again I got an I dunno I wasn't here. I then asked do you have this policy posted and this time I got a shrug of his shoulders. I will be canceling both my lines with Boost. Clearly their salesman have never been trained to deal with customers and they don't seem to want to do their jobs.
