Customer service very aggravating. My son is a customer and is in a health care facility so he couldn't pay his bill. I attempted to do so by phone, but they said he had to be present to do so. Why?! All I wanted to do was pay his bill, not get personal info.

I had a great experience at boost today. Jason alazzarm provided great service today. I was in a bad mood but coming into boost to get my phone fix and did great job taking his time with us. I appreciate his service.made my day better

We switched from Verizon and yes it took some time. The person was patient, courteous and nice. Cheaper bill, great cell service.

Stopped in looking for help on canceling a service plan and a phone rental agreement from another location and upgrading. Store employee was rude and dismissive had no interest in helping us. “Not his problem” because each is an independent franchise and original deal was made at another store. He had no customers in the store. Unfriendly not helpful. We were going to change plans and upgrade phone but instead walked out.

Worst customer service ever! Always rude and never wants to work always suggest 4th st or Pearl Avenue instead of helping with whatever the issue is. I can see this store from my house and will no longer go there I will make the drive to another boost store.

Worst place ever. I!!!!! The Young Man was great at taking my money. His professional customer skills was super BAD He didn't mention about the free phone until my friend ask him about the sign outside saying switch services to receive iphone. What I did and he refuse to change it for me. I never had used the phone I bought and this was all in the same day. He kept saying no refunds and to me it was just a FREAKING SWITCH.GET RIDOF HIM ASAP. NO ONE LIKES HIM HE TO RUDE AND IMMATURE. AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY I ASKED TOO MANY QUESTIONS WHICH HE SAID I WAS ANNOYING. I RATE NO STARS

the little boy thats working the desk is extremely rude asked him to update my phone he said to come back next monday like he told me the week before. I said that you told me that a week ago and he said to get out and started to yell. when I got into my car after telling people walking by how rude he was he flipped me and my family off. I'll never go to that store again and dont reccomend it to anybody.

Went in to get my new phone activated after being a customer for over 5 years. The owner wasn't working g and the guy that was there said he couldn't do it for me. I told him I had my 2 grandkids and my autistic son and I needed a phone turned on. I asked him if he couldn't activate my Samsung A20 that they sell, if he could do a boost up phone. He told me I'd have to buy another phone outright from him that if I wanted to go on a payment plan I'd have to go through customer service. Again I explained I needed a phone activated that day and couldn't afford to buy another new phone. Not once did I raise my voice to this man but he proceeded to yell at me in front of the kids and asked who I thought I was. Needless to say, I went right across the parking lot to T-Mobile and got my phone activated for $30.36!!! It's sad when one angry employee makes the whole company look bad!!! I will be going in personally and letting the owner of this location know!!! ?????
