Been to this wash quite a few time. Multiple other locations as well. Been reasonable happy with the final results. But this past Sunday the dry cloth roller came down and ripped my wiper off of my truck. Luckily not the whole arm. I filled out my form to document my damage and the person there took pictures. I did as well. I was told in 48hrs someone would contact me. David the manager called and let me know they were not replacing my wiper mind you the wipers are $40 each. His reasoning was that the disclaimer reads that they are not responsible for anything pertaining to your vehicle being a vehicle if it gets damaged. Proceeded to tell me over 600 cars were washed without an issue. Not my problem. I have been to this and other locations couples times and to leave me with a basic excuse that wipers are not their responsibility he said mine sat up too high....... Ford put them there it is a factory part. The fact that it pulled it off should be a concern not a too bad we aren't responsible attitude. Extremely disappointed the company will not make this right. Even more disappointed in the rationalization of the things they are not responsible for, it practically lists everything on the outside of a vehicle. To top it off there is not a corporate number to call. Overall I used to be happy and felt like thus was a good place to take my vehicle to keep them clean now I do not. Thanks for sticking me with a $90 bill because one was broken clean off and the other is cracked.

David was great, resolved my issues. Got both vehicles on line with cc and drove thru with no more problems with plate reader .

Purchased the “Gold” package a couple days ago and was highly disappointed! Front of the car was still covered with flies and mud! $20 spent and car still isn’t clean; definitely overpriced!

Definitely will never go to this car wash again. I spent $18 on a basic wash and my car was not clean. I was trying to avoid driving a little further and ended up having to go to one of my normal washes anyway. For now on I’ll stick to Blue Falls or ModWash at least I get my money’s worth.

I had a coupon for a 50% off gold wash as a Valentines Day Discount. When the guy had checked us out by the screen and had us pull around we had put our car in neutral our car never got washed and the guy had said the car wash was “malfunctioning and we could pull back around to receive the actual car wash.” Well before we could even exit the garage our car was still in neutral on the track but the garage door was closed and if I wouldn’t have put my foot on my brakes my SUV would have definitely went straight into their garage door. Not only was this causing me anxiety that my front end would possibly be ruined the car wash was average and also left my car dusty on the windshield after being dried. I will never use the car wash again no matter how many coupons I receive.

Says they close at 7, i got there at 6:20pm and they have cones and a sign saying temporarily closed will re open shortly..i sat an waited in nearby parking lot and watched the 2 workers chat in the side room doing nothing until 7pm..watched several other potential customers drive by.
