There is always something wrong with this ATM just close the damn thing already. Today the touch screen wasn’t working probably frozen thanks for wasting my time chase.

Do NOT open a business account with chase!! Especially for a small business!! They do not release your funds properly, they will tell you it’s next business day deposit but they will randomly put a hold on your money for your business to struggle with no income and possibly fail! The worst bank around!!

We regularly bank with Chase at home and while traveling and would recommend going out or your way to another branch before trying to interact with this location. The tellers act like they have never seen a federal return check and visited twice without being able to deposit one.... you know, the main reason you use a bank. So glad I had to drive a Half hour to not be served by a bank I've banked with for years now

My father is deceased and I went there to close his account out as I am going through probate. I have all the legal papers that are needed to close the account out. They scanned all the papers, told me I have everything needed to get the account closed but it has to be sent to legal review and once it’s reviewed and approved they would call me. Told me it would take up to 10 days. It’s been 20 days and I have not heard a word. I have called 15 times, I’ve been transferred all over the place, put on hold for 45 minutes at a time only to be hung up on. Today I have scheduled an online appointment since I can’t speak to anyone and get any help. I meet on 12/1. By then it will have been 27 days since I last met with someone and was promised a call back. I am on a time schedule to get all of this through private and these people are the hold up for everything. This is awful service and unacceptable! If I can’t get anywhere on 12/1, my lawyer will be contacting chase. It’s bad enough someone has to deal with a death of a family member and then be given the run around and treated poorly just to close the account out (which the check will be made out to the estate, not me personally) and put the money in the estate account that I have open. I will never bank here! If I could give zero stars I would!

Went to deposit a check and was treated horribly! They girl kept commenting in the amount and looking at me . Even after her manager told her it was okay and to deposit it. I have been a customer here for yrs and have never had a problem until the past 2 times I've had to go inside. Today was the worst! Work on customer service and how to treat people!

I have been a customer at this branch for 10 years. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I am a veteran and they offered me an upgrade on my account. Chase is a great choice.

Take your business to the Avon location. Just rude Keith the manager is something else beware and stay safe in there! I opened my account in mentor of mentor ave 10 plus years ago. I will keep using my credit union it’s a shame to see them go in this bad direction. ATM always down they funny acting inside just a bad place. I waited and they let people go ahead of me and then have the audacity to let someone cut me.

The older guy who manages it always says something rude to customers or has a smart remark. If there was another chase around the area I'd rather go there but there isn't so your stuck dealing with his rude attitude and smart remarks.

I don't appreciate having to walk to the inside ATM (surrounded with windows and 2 entrances) with a wad of cash at midnight because they can't get their external ATM to function. You can tell the counter mechanism isn't functioning for deposits outside, it never even made the noise. No surprise, NCR machines :-( only saving grace for this location is their customer service which has always been above average.
