I am deeply disappointed with the customer service experience I encountered at this branch. While I understand that its location may not be in the best area, the treatment I received upon entering was shockingly poor.My fiancé had called ahead to confirm that they could notarize a living will for my mother-in-law and a deed agreement for one of my properties. We were assured they could, so we made an appointment. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a manager who inquired about our purpose. We explained that we had scheduled an appointment for notarization, and he confirmed that we were all Chase account holders. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law was not an account holder, but she needed us as witnesses on her paperwork. The manager immediately denied her request for notarization.We then waited an additional 20 minutes for the notary public to become available. When she finally assisted me, she immediately began scrutinizing my paperwork, listing numerous reasons why she couldn't notarize it. In essence, she embarked on a power trip and assumed the role of educating me about the intricacies of a quit claim deed.Furthermore, when my fiancé decided to close his account, the branch staff handed him a stack of $4,000 in cash without even providing an envelope. This lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer service standards is deeply concerning.Update: we ended up going to UPS for the notary and they did all paperwork with no issues.

I have tried to talk to someone at Chase on Fairless Dr in Lorain for over an hour about rates for a home loan. Finally got hold of a lady and she had no idea and told me to call the Branch Rt 58 and nobody answers their so probably have enough business and don't need any more. Called Main office and they don't answer told me to call my local branch. I have been a customer of this bank for over 20 yrs but I'm moving to another bank . This is totally unexceptional.Fairless Bank has fell apart. The Best lady they had quit and went somewhere else..

I feel the same way about the buinsess account. They make you wait 10 days to clear a check witch is ridiculous. A down payment is ment to be used right away. Not wait. Chase bank sucks compared to others and they charge you when other dont

I never went to this branch, but some jackass that works there processed a withdrawal on my account because they entered in the wrong checking account number. I live in NY and wasn't even at the branch to make the withdrawal. Don't they check id's or if to see that names match, what kind of unprofessional crap is this ?
