Stephanie is so knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location! Always put the customers first! My very hard of hearing grandfather adores her. I try to go with him when he needs something, but sometimes, he has a mind of his own. I appreciate that she takes the time with him even though she constantly has to repeat herself louder so he can hear!

My husband and I are former customers of AT&T. We decided to switch over to cricket as we had heard many positive things about the customer service and benefits of this company.
We decided to visit the store located in lorain, ohio, where we were kindly assisted by Estefani. I want to comment that the service was beyond excellent! This young lady was very knowledgeable and helpful in presenting all the wonderful benefits and features of the plan we were offered.
Estefani wore a smile the whole time and was very pleasant and patient throughout the entire process THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR SERVICE ESTEFANI !!!.

Stephanie might treat good some people but is not professional with others. Yelling at a customer in front of other customers is not a sweet or good customer service. Hope Cricket can make Stephanie responsible for the emotional distress she put people through and the fact that she cannot fix a problem with the phones or service of the company. I cannot give less than a start but would gladly give a negative rating.

Stephanie is amazing! Idk if I’ve ever seen customer service like this before. She went above and beyond to help me get a phone and I couldn’t be more grateful. In sales it’s usually just some stranger trying to close a deal to make some money, but this was not the case at all, she sincerely cared about helping me get what I needed and made sure I didn’t leave without a phone. She’s an excellent rep, and Cricket is lucky to have her on the team. She needs a raise and a promotion! Thanks Steph!
