The workers here are ignorant . They took all the cars in front of me for the drive thru & as soon as I got to the window they closed it and wouldn’t give me my medicine.

NOT! Horrible just because you don’t want to go do your job by looking and telling a customer it’s up at the front of the store and the clerks saying that’s in pharmacy, like WTH… helpful place if you like the laziness

Pharmacists refused to call Amazon to get my prescription transferred to CVS because it would 'take too long' - had to call my doctor's office and beg them to re-prescribe the medication to a different pharmacy because pharmacists literally refuse to do their jobs.

Sitting for 20 minutes at the drive thru pharmacy has me ready to start getting my prescriptions elsewhere!
If its taking that long to complete a customers purchase, maybe you should have them park their car and enter the store instead of holding everyone else up!

The pharmacist that worked today on Saturday was rotten and rude. Left me standing at the information part of the desk without saying a word until someone else had to get him like I was invisible. Then, he didn’t want to help me obviously l and with all the help they had in the pharmacy today it wasn’t because they were short staffed.. he didn’t even want to walk up to me so had me shout out my personal private health question across the pharmacy counter and across the pedestal thing he was standing behind.. with people seated in the waiting area.. how embarrassing!! I could have used the clinic here for my issue but no, after that I won’t even be back for toilet paper.

I had an experience at the dentist where I heard the pharmacy act like a doctor and try to talk the doctor out of a pain script. I can't believe a non doctor would pretend to know better than the doctor. I'm in severe pain and I'm just bewildered by the people at your pharmacy. Thank God he wrote a paper script, because what you were advising would have affected my heart medication. Stop pretending to be doctors unless you have their education.

I had no problems being able to talk to the pharmacist. And he helped me immensely because my husband wanted to take certain medication and I asked the pharmacist if what my husband was taking would be safe together and he reassured me what to do. Thank you, Cvs.

Went in to pick up an Rx. drive thru was 10 deep and moving slow. I went inside. One person in line. THAT person had a question. After waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting, I just gave up and went home. NO ONE in pharmacy even acknowledged or apologized for the wait! Heck! They didn't even bother to look up! HIRE MORE PEOPLE! You're a for-profit agency! Pay your people more or something to attract more pharmacists or techs. So, After an unsuccessful pharmacy encounter, I still had an item that I wanted to purchase. The CVS brand was sold out. I bought another brand and headed over to the cashier. SHE was busy texting or doing something on her phone, never acknowledged me, never asked if I had a CVS card. Never said thanks or bye. NOTHING! What is happening to customer service!

This place is hella lit I am the queeniest worst disaster you can hope for when it comes to having to assist a patient getting a shot and well wouldn't you know the whole pandemic thing came around and I've been faithfully getting all the boosters and a certain Kathy has whitstood me trauma dumping, crying, panic attacking, even wrapping my legs all over her in an attempt to escape somehow, but she's still cool as well as most of the staff. Okay all the staff I don't think jokes do well in this format and leaving someone to wonder if they are the one being left out would be lost on me because I'll forget and never think about this review much in the same way I had no idea that I left a review previously that had nothing to do with my view of this CVS. Also if you see that Hibachi grill parked at that gas station across the street go and eat it I highly recommend it it's bomb as hell.
