Worst workers and dollar general in the state. They are lazy, close EARLY every day. They are open just like others until 10pm and they lock their doors at 945 almost daily. It is ridiculous, for someone with a kid who needs to quickly grab something on his way home and he can’t because the can’t even finish their shift. Lazy, and pitiful, work effort and team.
Get some actual workers.

My son & i usually always stop into this dollar general after school & pick up a toy. We usually always have good experience. One of the ladies will talk up a storm with us! My five year old has had to use the bathroom several times and she lets him bc well hes five. Today we went in to three girls standing around with rude attitudes. Not one could look up at us when i asked if my son could use the bathroom. Guys hes five not like hes going to go in there to get high! They ignored my son when he was telling them why he was buying certain toy. At this point im annoyed. So yes i get attitude. I work at costco where you should deescalate situation instead they were taunting me. I think its really unprofessional how they acted. How they ignored a five year old. Again if they would have said sorry mam they told us no one is allowed to use bathrooms anymore then fine BUT the answer i got was rude stank look and no one is allowed to use it! If these ladies would have been more approachable i wouldn't have been so upset! So we will no longer be shopping there anymore! Which is sad.

Be careful shopping at the store. They like to rip people off and I’m not just talking about this one in particular all Dollar General. They overpriced products that are cheaper in Walmart because it’s an off branch store. Watch your wallet and receipts. There’s a reason why 500 stores of Dollar General is in poor areas compared to One Walmart

The employees that work there are incredible for working in a building that is over 85 degrees for days!!! All summer the building is SUPER HOT INSIDE!! More hot than outside! Giving the employees a little fan by the register to help them stay cool in that is an insane ask! As a customer, it’s also a ridiculous expectation to think we enjoy shopping in a hot building. PLEASE DO BETTER DOLLAR GENERAL! If you can’t provide good working conditions you should CLOSE until it gets fixed . Especially since it’s been ALL SUMMER LONG!

Newer location to the area, a lot of the pics show the one a couple minutes down the road. The layout of this one is a little weird and somewhat hard to navigate. But other than that, you can still buy the same things you can at other locations and they are always well stocked.

Dollar General has some of the nicest people I've ever met working there. My fiance shopped there and went to pay with his SNAP card, only to find out that there wasn't nearly enough on the card (he always forgets to check the balance). The one lady working hard what was going on and paid for our groceries. I've never in my life had someone, little loan, a complete stranger, do something so selfless. When he came home and told me, I was in tears, and insisted we pay her back when i got paid. He told me she said, just pay it forward when you can. About a month later, he was in the store again and saw her. He told the kid behind the register what happened the last time and said he wanted to give her the $25 he had coming as change. The kid told my fiancee that she was saying earlier she didn't know how she was going to put gas in her car. She was broke and a way aways from payday. When the kid told her what he had done, she remembered him and her eyes filled with tears. Gratitude and kindness goes such a long way. Please pass this message on and be kind to one another!
