rude and too crowded don’t seem like they are a fan of black people and don’t want to acknowledge when their employees are wrong expensive would rather go to dollar general since you aren’t saving anything there

I bought some gift bags that once I got home I realized were the wrong size. I immediately went back to store with receipt and was told by manager I could not return, but I could exchange for 10 non- liquid items. I bought gift bags for work, so there was nothing there I needed. I was going to go to another store. I have never seen a store not allow you to return, but even so then dictate what you exchange for. It’s my money! The cashier was so nice and very apologetic. If this is the way dollar tree does business, they def won’t get mine. I asked for the corporate number. So we will see what they have to say.

I recently bought the Sanco Caribe Hazelnut coffee. The coffee did not smell like hazelnut, and it really tasted unusual. Dollar Tree does not take the item back or allow an exchange - even with the receipt. The manager at the one on Colorado told me that because the item was opened they will not accept it. I think this is a bad business practice. The ongoing "customer is always wrong" trend. I only offer this as a warning to others. It's possible you may be wasting $1.25 if you aren't sure you will like the item you are purchasing. Fortunately, ALDI's is not like this when it comes to returns.

They have plenty of stuff that you can buy that is also name brand. For just $1.25. Yes that's right they increased their costs by a quarter but it's still worth stopping by and checking out if you want to save some money as times are getting rough out there these days. You might have to wait a little to check out but not an issue for me. My last vist was good. Was in and out.

We came in to purchase an item in bulk and the young gentleman helped us to load it up and got it outside to our car even. He was so friendly!
