The ladies here are very nice. However there are two of them that always talk crap about the store and what the higher ups do. Or they talk about customers to other customers. Now if you're gonna do that in front of customers then I know you're talking about everyone. That's unprofessional. Today I waited for 5 minutes while one line was open because the ladies were too busy talking in the back about, whatever - who knows what. But the point was she walked away as soon as I put my things down. This store has a history of bad customer service. It sucks because their store looks great most of the time, it's just the trash that works there.
