A repeat customer knew what they were looking for but was often pleasantly surprised by things they weren't looking for in the more organized and fully stocked Dollar Trees in Lorain County. Dollar Tree is one of the favorite places to shop, offering many decent quality products for cheap and is the perfect spot to shop when money is tight. A customer went there looking for a certain type of candy bar, asked for help, and a worker said she hadn't seen them in a while. The customer put the cart back by the door and left. Five minutes down the road the customer realized a wallet was left in the buggy, flew back to the store, and the cashier said someone had handed it in and it was put in the office. The customer was beyond surprised and grateful that every penny was still there and thanked the employees and anyone who turned it in. They had everything the customer went to look for, but for a bigger Dollar Tree than the one normally visited, fewer selections were present, the floors were filled with garbage, and the shelves were empty.
