Don't go to this place 8:30pm or later, though they close at 10pm. The woman who works evenings is always mopping already and won't let you walk around. Pretty rude about it as well. The one time I wasn't allowed to go down the aisles I needed to. When I walk in and see her, I just go back out and head to the family dollar down the street. Not worth the irritation.

My sister entered your store today and was accused of stealing. She goes there everyday because it is closest to her home. She asked the cashier where to find the dish detergent, paid for it and then the cashier stopped her and accused her of stealing and demanded to see inside of her purse. Stating she MUST have stolen something because she had a large purse. Embarrassing her in front of other customers and found nothing. So she was humiliated and detained for no reason.

Ghetto there's two people that get ahold of themselves but both fat of course an both hate there lives. Everything's always a attitude with the people an highly recommend not shopping here

I don’t have a problem with this Store… it’s right there and simple for me to get to and the guys there are nice. But whoever owns this store DOES need to take better care of the floors. The shelves should be fully stocked which isn’t all the time. But over all I don’t smell mold at all like someone said. I’m really glad I can get my stuff I need there within walking distance. AND someone does need to keep the Front of this store swept .

Some aisles are a little dirty they don't really pay attention to the stuff that falls on the floor like soap and stuff very dangerous and not too polite if you catch them on the wrong day

Welcome to the Lorain Mall. A little bit ghetto so you'll need to be aware of your surroundings when shopping at this place.The store itself seems to be unorganized and not as clean as other Family Dollar stores I've been to.The staff and other customers all gave me looks that made me feel not welcomed.But I found what I was looking for, bought it and got out of there. ?

Saturday afternoon I went to this place when it was time to pay, there were no employees, the store was alone because there were two employees throwing garbage, badly dressed, and one of them was in flip flops and there were more than 5 people in line waiting to pay. .
