I have went here 2 times now a few months apart. Both times them have managed to make my hair way to short even after telling them to keep it longer. I have had reference picture for the whole head that’s they will look at for 2 seconds and then start to cut. They don’t stop to ask if it’s too short or long or anything. I will never step foot back in any great clips as the people there are not good at cutting hair.

Yesterday and my son wanted a taper and the lady on the back wall buzzed most of his hair off!!!
My son has been growing his hair for years and she messed up his hair he was so upset I will never come here ever again!!! Trust me run away from this place!!!
