Ordered a fridge and standing freezer. Was being delivered today. We confirm our address. We have the two streets it’s between and Also put it in the notes nearby place. So you would think delivery be no issues. Comes today and they went over an hour away where we live. They didn’t check the address where zip and city says Amherst. Some how end up in stow. Now we have to wait till Saturday if they don’t screw up again. We have infant and toddler and we don’t have a fridge to keep milk in. No solutions offered.

I'm a veteran and liked getting a discount on things I bought at Home Depot. Today they refused my discount (even though I showed them my Veterans card). They said I needed to have the registration on my iPhone. I was just there yesterday and all I had to do was show them my card. WTF? Looks like I'll be going to Lowes from now on.

Don't bother using curbside. I got a text saying it was ready ( so why wasn't it?) After waiting 15 minutes, I called and was patched through to " curbside" The employee ( not a friendly tone at all) was quite snarky and said he was waiting and said " I need time!" I waited an additional 5 minutes before someone brought it out. They did say sorry for the wait. I wouldn't bother taking the time to complain but a SINCERE apology would have been warranted and I can accept HD may be busy or short handed - don' t offer curbside if you can't handle it.

I think you should always have a certain threshold of expectations if you're entering a labyrinth hardware and garden center like The Home Depot. Breathe deeply and try to make a plan if you. An. While the online inventory search did not match what was in store, in this case, it worked in our favor. The website was inaccurate in showing what was available in the outdoor furniture section, because when we arrived, the patio/summer section had way more available than the sad 1 table we were expecting. The staff was super helpful and we were able to get everything we needed. I thought they had a great selection in the garden center. It was well-organized and had a hearty combination of full light and partial light hanging baskets and plants for every possible scenario needed. I was pleasantly surprised by their selection of succulent planters. Super cute and well-priced! We'd come back.

Home Services installed a front entry door for me. The original leaked in the corners causing rot. To start they messed up the original measurements and realized after the sidelights were already made so they tried to get me to settle for a thinner door from 36” to 32”. Of course that would have meant never getting a new appliance in my house again. So I get that sorted out and have to settle for cheaper windows in the sidelights since they have to be 10” now instead of 12”.Finally the door is installed. They find a bunch of rot under the old thresh hold and plop a 2x4 down leaving the ends to hang over empty space instead of getting it to rest on a floor joist. Then the door knob is wrong and has to be raised up instead of pulled down to open and the moulding was to thin and didnt cover the clips they used to secure the door to the wall. I coulda cared less about most of this except a river flowed through the side lights between the glass and the frame anytime it rained. A few months later they bring out a new door, frame, and moulding. Still leaks in the same spot.So much later they bring out just a new frame and switch the door to it and install. New frame has moulding and joints that arent flush and just looks like theyre tired of me. Well I gotta keep calling because it still leaks through the sidelights and door lock and door handle and even spots in the frame that you would assume couldnt happen! Anyways, I get around to making them know this problem isnt fixed and the installers has said get a drip edge over the door so I did. Didnt help and why would it when its coming through the frame and not the top? The door doesnt even seal well it self and getting a storm door supposedly voids the warranty so I guess the drafts are just a Home Depot warranty bonus. Getting back to contacting them again, I get call and the guy tells me the manufacturer is gonna contact me or someone who can reglaze the glass. No one ever calls and when I call the number I was given to the Home Depot Home Service rep it no longer works.Ive dealt with this for 2 years. Home Service doors may be fine if they remain covered but if your front is exposed without an awning then this is just a waste of your money. Home Depot is like 500 ft from my house and If rather drive 20 minutes to Lowes because these guys have duped me so bad.

Home Depot has all of your home, lawn, and garden needs. We come here quite often. This time it was to pick out paint samples to help my mom paint her living room. The staff were all wearing masks. Everyone is always so friendly and they usually ask if we need help finding anything. We will be back again soon to pick out paint and get all of the other odds and ends that will help us to get this job done.

I went to Home Depot for potting soil and flowers so I parked next to the garden center. When I got to the entrance they told me it was exit only. I wasn't about to walk to the other end of the store to enter and then walk back to 20 feet from where I was standing. Thanks for the potting soil Lowes.

Thank you guys....I cannot tell you how satisfied we are in your delivery service that you subcontract. They damage your property and it's up to us to figure it out. The company that damaged the property won't fix it and Home Depot won't take responsibility. So, if you pay for delivery and install and there is damage to your property....just so you know you are on your own! Oh and if you have to deal with a woman named Emery from the delivery service...good luck. She will avoid you and do absolutely nothing. Thank you again! What wonderful service we received. I'm being sarcastic in case you didn't understand.
