August 20th 2025. 8:30pm I walk in to do my laundry with my friend and instantly get hounded by this incredibly RUDE worker telling me its to late to do my laundry. there is a sign outside that clearly states that the last load is due at 8:45pm. she then apologized after. I then switched my load to the dryer and as I was walking out. shes telling me I didnt need 45 minutes to dry my clothes, mind you the time then is 9:06 and closing time is at 10. customer service is out the window at this establishment in your lovely south Lorain 😀.

I went there and put my clothes in the dryer and left and came back an hour later. The worker purposely opened the doors to our dryers because we left. I understand it’s not your job to baby sit our clothes. Well that’s what they said. But why would you open both dryer doors. It’s no coincidence! That’s for sure. They were very rude and I’ll never be going back here again. And I wouldn’t if I was you either!

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. While I was finishing my laundry, a staff member expressed frustration that I was still using the machines—as if it were my fault the dryers only run for short cycles. She also insisted on telling me how to do my laundry, despite the fact that I already know how to operate the machines.
At 9:30 PM, some of my clothes were still damp. Instead of allowing the cycle to complete properly, the employee changed the dryer settings to “hot” without my consent, apparently in an effort to close early. As a result, several of my items were damaged.
Overall, this was an unprofessional and frustrating experience. I do not plan to return and would not recommend this location to others.

Its an OK place to do laundry.,but in the summer months even with the door open, its SO HOT in there,and no a/c, and the couple fans they have do nothing.Then price just went up on the washing machines and dryers, it's now 25cents for only 5 minutes for dryer, its ridiculous, ugh.The machine that there that you can use to purchase detergent, dryer sheets ect, is always empty, they hardly ever refill it, I personally bring in my own stuff, but every time I go, I constantly hear people complaining about that machine being empty.I gave it 2 star ?Is OK

Excellent place to wash clothes, They have a machine so you can change money in 25 cents and cheap. The only thing is the drying that doesn't dry well enough.

I got there around 8pm and the employee was upset that I came in that late . She also was telling me how to do my own laundry , when I already know how . Then at 9:30pm , my clothes were still damp , so she was mad that I didn't dry them on hot because she wanted to close early . Horrible experience . I will not come back nor recommend this establishment .

I brought in my comforters, winter coats and bathroom rugs to KO Laundry today for the first time.For a Saturday morning around 11:00, I was a little worried the place would be packed, but there plenty of large machines available. Their largest washer easily fit 2 full size comforters. I didn't see any machines that were out of order and the place was clean. I didn't see anything nasty in the washers and dryers at all. The super large washer was $6.75 and the washer one size down from that was $4.75There were plenty of dryers. On the 2nd setting down from high, the comforters were dry after 20 minutes. ? I got my winter coats reasonably dry but I didn't want to leave them in there too long - might melt the zippers.The parking lot needs to be repaved, but that w.b my only small complaint. There's a small convenience store down the street that has a deli and a bakery.There's a change machine available that had no problem coughing up $20 in quarters this morning. They also have an app that can be used to pay for the machines, if you don't feel like dealing with quarters. Laundry supplies are also available.I liked it! Will definitely be back!

Place is always nasty! Dryers are never cleaned. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

This place is great! It’s clean, the machines work, there’s always supplies to buy (if you forget to bring your own)…. I love that they have the “PayRange” app as an alternative to getting change… It keeps me from having to carry around 5 pounds of quarters. Just use the app and the machines start. The owners/operators are amazing… if you have a problem with a machine they will make it right. Definitely a “diamond in the rough” type of place.
