Went to Sephora that is inside Kohls for the first time and the associate Aly who works there was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs and lead me to the right products. I really appreciate that she listened to what my needs was and didn't try to convince me into getting unnecessary items. She definitely deserves a raise!!!!

Went to Kohl's in Lorain to see if they had watch bands. Absolutely no one around. Was walking around in the store for over 20 minutes to find an employee to ask a question. The store was absolutely empty. Now, that's fine for young people, but I'm pushing 70. Customer service is not a priority, it's on the back burner now. This is not the fault of the employees who are there, they don't own the store, they do what they're told and what they can while they're there. The person that I eventually found, was very nice and courteous.
A handful of employees handling every aspect of the store.
Ridiculous. Will not be shopping there in the future.

Super friendly staff. Store is very clean. Everything was where it should be so I found all my stuff easily. Sarah, the girl with glasses and the fun hair made my day with her positive attitude

Looked online for a shoe and went to the store to try them on and it looked like the worlds worst shoe closet with shoes everywhere. I asked for help and was told one minuet. 1 week later I would still be waiting.

Lorain ruins another store. Clean enough. Prices are ridiculous always. Their new check out seems efficient until it's busy. Honestly, Kohl's as a whole can go.

Recently visited the Lorain Kohls. Shoe Dept was a disaster. Store manager was very immature. This was the worse Kohls in Northern OH.

The clothing and pricing are really good. But the real issue is the overwhelming eye burning perfume smell that takes over the entire store. It is so bad that it caused me to have a bad asthma attack. I'm not sure that I can ever step foot in a Kohls again.
