I needed transmission work done so I called luis. I needed a tow and his buddy charged me twice for the tow. He had my suv for a month until I complained and I got it back and the transmission was still leaking. I took it back a he kept it for almost another month. Every time I called I kept getting excuses until I got fed up with the excuses and just took my suv so I could take it to a shop that would actually fix it. Stay away from this shop. If I could, I'd give it -10 stars.

Bad customer service don’t know how to talk to customers and then hang up when asking a question won’t go there no more and when I picked my car up my driver side window wiper is broken off and it had nothing to do with getting my car fixed now I have to replace it and spend extra money and that wasn’t even the problem I took the car in for please if you go there watch cause things get broken that don’t need to be I am very disappointed

I purchased my wheel hub assembly for both sides. Took my car and parts to him and he supposedly fixed it and didn't. Had my rotors, front brakes and passenger side done and he tried saying it was bad and it wasn't. Now the new parts he supposedly fixed is bad. Smdh
Now I have to figure out how to pay for someone else to fix it right

Went to this mechanic in march for a engine repair one of the mechanic named luis lies about what he did to the car went to dealership to for a sensor the mechanic said he put in they told me there was not even a sensor there and instead was plugged up with the connector cut.will not recommend anyone come to this liar of a mechanicService: Engine repair
